HOW TO BE LAZY LIKE SUSAN
Last month, I was a guest on Maker Mondays with Maria Mendez Reed of Moving With The Military. There I shared how to make your own Lazy Susan. A Lazy Susan is a staple organization product. It can be used for so many household items and it’s just FUN! Here I will share the details of how to make you very own Lazy Susan.
Here’s what you will need:
Drill (I used a Craftsman Cordless Drill.)
3/32nd Drill Bit
Phillips Screwdriver
4&3/4 inch Flat Phillips Screw
Ruler
Scissor
Pencil
Steps to DIY a Lazy Susan
Find the center of the panel using a ruler and pencil.
Place the swivel plate on the board and align it with the center.
Drill the bottom plate to the board.
Use your screwdriver to secure it.
Attach the gripping pads to all for sides of the swivel plate base.
Personalize your Lazy Susan with a wood stain, paint or engraving.
I used my Lazy Susan to create a charcuterie board for our wedding anniversary. It was sooo good!
